CORE

The core of the body is the literal center of our balance and strength. This class focuses on strengthening the intrinsic core muscles that maintain the natural curves of the spine. It involves specific breath work and movement to awaken and strengthen the small, deeper supportive muscles of the core. Slower, focused movements are encouraged, bringing awareness to detailed body alignment. Learning to engage the more intrinsic muscles is the best way to improve posture and establish an overall balanced body. Through this core practice you not only get stronger, you find out how strong you already are.
